Don't you have a manager?  It's their job to ask that very thing, then fire the 
specialist and claim a bonus for saving money.

During the Xmas holiday I watched my father-in-law flying a tiny little toy RC 
helicopter in the living room.  The two dogs certainly found it exciting.  It's 
a fun little toy but the battery only lasts about 5 mins before needing a 
recharge.
