I just looked at http://people.smu.edu/rmonagha/mf/g6x7.html#Pentax67 and found this: "TTL metering is very accurate if you take the fact that it is a 60's style full area averaging type and is affected by all kinds of extraneous light (It is influenced by backlight)"
