It would be nice if they said Monday morning if they didn't intend to

I sent an email to Landis last night when it didn't open. I got a reply
from her this morning.
It was supposed to go live at midnight last night (12:01am Monday), but
there was some kind of glitch with the webpage and they apparently
didn't find out the link hadn't gone live until they got to work this
morning at 8:00am EDT.
It still hadn't come up when I checked it then, so I think they must
have got it up some time around 9:00am EDT.
I went back to bed and checked again just a few minutes ago, around
11:00am and got on the list. Secure server doesn't like me, so I had to
call & make arrangements to send in my payment.
