Thanks, Mark. With the proliferation of tablets and e-readers I like to
promote the electronic version, especially since it results in a larger
research donation.

Oh yes, we'll have an ePub version. I make it from the same InDesign
file that is used for the print book, so it doesn't take long (just a
matter of fixing all the invalid markup code Adobe InDesign puts into
the XHTML). It should be available about the same time as the book.
