I mis-spoke (or to be more accurate, mis-typed). I meant to say that the photo is not as "non-artistic" as you thought.
In other words I was trying to say that it does indeed have artistic merit: It's well composed with vivid colours and is all the more interesting because you've taken something relatively mundane and made it look good.
