I think that was mentioned in the Walter Isaacson biography.  My memory's a bit 
hazy but I think that wasn't in his mind at the time but he could see its 
appropriateness when it was pointed out.  If I hadn't been cheap and borrowed 
the book from the library then I might have been able to look it up.

Thanks for mentioning that, I didn't think to look at Google.  It took me until 
the last letter to figure out what was going on but I managed to get that one 
first try :)  I'll blame the limoncello...
