Is anyone else finding photo.net extremely slow lately?

Hard for me to tell. Time-Warner RoadRunner has been screwed up for
several days around here.
Every URL I open times out at least once. Most will come back with a
single RELOAD, but some take 3 or 4 tries to load. A lot of them the
text will load the first reload, but images just show up as a little box
with a place holder icon in the upper left corner.
