As it turns out... my niece-in-law knew it is in fact a bridge east of
COlumbia, Al... confirming that it is, at least the first half of it,
in that state.
Don't know it's name, but it doesn't matter - just need to be able to
say where it is.

Google maps only shows two bridges going from Columbia, AL across the
Chattahoochee - AL52/GA62 highway bridge that's a concrete bridge & the
railroad bridge just north of the highway, which is a steel truss.
The AL52/GA62 bridge looks like it's been there longer than 11 years.
