Bob W., FYI We had a cyclist killed the other day on the way to work here in Chicago. He was cycling from home on the near northside about 2 miles into the CBD. He was cycling down the bike lane when a parked car door was opened. He jogged to avoid it and fell into the path of a trailing lorry (18 wheeler). So many things right and still a sad outcome.
