I, also, love running across older barns. I get your choice of shooting angle 
due to the large tree partially covering the side of the barn. 
It appears to me that the foliage doesn't hold much, if any, fall colors. B&W 
thus being a good choice. 
Can't identify what's growing beyond the foreground's beautiful rail fence, but 
would like to see a little lower down on the posts.
