Thanks, Jack. It is sharp --100% crops of portraits are eyelash counting-sharp... The higher-ISO action shots of the Turkey Trot (it was early on a cloudy am) almost don't do it justice.
I'm actually surprised at how I've gotten used to the heft... but it is nice to switch it out for something smaller after a bit. And there's nothing unobtrusive about it, either... :) -c On Mon, Nov 26, 2012 at 2:33 PM, Jack Davis <jdavi...@yahoo.com> wrote: > I see many beautiful images in this group and unless that lens has "issues" > I'd expect it to be incredibly sharp. > I like shooting with a lens that has good heft, but I'd imagine the 60~250 > would need its own carry strap (or wheels) before I'd take on a day outing. > > Jack > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Christine Nielsen <ch...@inielsen.net> > To: Pentax-Discuss Mail List <pdml@pdml.net> > Cc: > Sent: Monday, November 26, 2012 7:38 AM > Subject: Enablement + geso: Turkey Trot > > Happy Cyber Monday to all...
