To make it "squarer" it will need perspective correction, not just rotation and 
cropping.  I may try playing with that.

I like it with the people spread out, because it  looks like a "working 
church." But it strikes me as being crooked and because it  is so geometric, if 
it was me, I'd probably rotate it a bit and crop it a bit  for more impact.
