I also have a roll of 5246 motion picture film, wound in a 35 mm cassette. But I doubt that anyone is still processing that stuff, and with it's paper backing, I don't think I want to try loading it into the Leica. Could shoot it in the LX I guess, but RGB -- the lab in Hollywood that used to process it -- has gone out of business.
