are you asking a question or just letting us know how some people think they've
deciphered firmware version numbers?
it is worth noting that Pentax USA has 1.13 as latest

and Pentax Japan has 1.14

but notes for 1.14 "Contents of [Version 1.13] and earlier version will be also
updated." (so what does that mean? if i get the 1.13 from the USA link it will
have the 1.14 fixes? why bother with version numbers then?)
