PHP 5, despite its weirdnesses :) Pretty much everything I run on my server is PHP and I don't want to add more platforms to the mix if I can avoid it. At my last job our server had PHP4, PHP5, Perl and Ruby On Rails and it was not a lot of fun to support. Eventually we set up a new server with VMWare so we could separate all the insecure legacy sites onto their own instances and standardise our main server on a modern platform. Made it a lot easier.
