We are a quite a bit colder than usual, and a lot colder than what we
sometimes get at this time of year. Our problem is that we had a really
snowy winter (over 6', which is a record amount for us), and we didn't
get a mid winter thaw so most of it is still sitting on the ground.
Usually by now, the snow is mostly gone.
When it warms up, we are looking at severe flooding.
