Christine,
I'm satisfied with ATT U-verse.
I don't get TV from them, but have internet, cell phones and home phone.
I switched home phone to U-verse from a traditional land line.
It seems to work just fine, but everything is over the modem now.
They should give you a deal to switch if it is available in your area.
Everything worked fine until the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend.
The modem died. It is their equipment and by 5 pm a service man
had called, visited, and installed a new one...free of charge.
Regards, Bob S.
