I think that both Emmas should go to the Western Union office and ask
for a refund, since the message was obviously mis-delivered. The
only problem is that if they both arrive at the same time it could
create a temporal singularity and completely derail the space time
continuum.

The Doctor does that all the time. Well, at least once a season.
Especially if there's a major anniversary episode due out.
