When I'm on the street I figure that I just want to be like any other 
pedestrian. And the reality is that sometimes people notice me and make eye 
contact.

So with a camera in hand if someone makes eye contact I think its fine to snap. 
That's just real life.

While I still adhere to the classical street thing of not affecting the 
scene you shoot, I really like it when there is that momentary eye 
contact just before the guard comes up.
