1/30 is quite possible hand-held with good technique, with or without MLU (though it is tougher without MLU). Did you see the Sgt. & Mrs. Pepper picture I posted a while back? 1/30 f2.8, MLU, hand held, room light at night with Delta 3200. Let me know if you want me to repost the link.
