This is an old photo that's been sitting around waiting for technology that could clean it up.
It was taken with an old Pentax point and shoot. I forget the model number, but I used to carry it around in the days before digital and camera phones. I scanned it a while back and the file has been sitting around waiting for me to do something with it. LR5 did a pretty good job of noise reduction in the time I was willing to spend on it.
