Thanks, Ann. I believe that the blue color in the ornament is a reflection of the sky. If you look closely, you can also see some trees reflected in the chrome.
I was more interested in the ornament than the car, so I really didn't take note of it, but I believe it is a mid 1950s Cadillac.
