I'm currently using https://500px.com/ But they allow only jpegs and will recompress them, so save at jpeg quality 100 if you want to upload something. Maximum size is 3000px on the long edge, but when viewing in a browser, the image will be resized according to your browser window (responsive web design is the craze).
