LOL! Like with any internet forum, there is always someone who will nitpick the 
details of any simple statement to death.

Yes, the Hudson River is a large body of water affected by the tidal forces at 
the river mouth on the Atlantic Ocean. I'm not familiar with its gender 
awareness, however. ]'-)
