Well, you take a bucket or step stool with you to stand on when you are too low for a shot.
Oh, and a purple evil minion with wild hair (it used to be a troll toy with orange hair, but time moves on). Then you plump it down in the middle of the shot. To give perspective and be annoying cute. And if you really, really want to and have the time -- you travel around the world and plump it down in the middle of shots in all the countries you visit.
