Clearly true. However, Flickr doesn't make this stuff up. It reads the tags assigned to the image. If somebody is lazy with their copy & paste (or for some other reason is not accurate in the use of their tags) then you are going to get incorrect results. That image has a "smc P-A 300mm F2.8 ED (IF)" tag. Garbage in - garbage out.
