I'm also curious why, as I see nothing objectionable about that video. As for the photographer, just google "Allen Birnbach" ;) - and yes, he's (also?) shooting with Pentax DSLRs, 645D to be more precise. He was asked to test the new K-3, he did it, the result was captured into a commercial; that's all.
