Actually they don't trust their mail to it - it's blocked, and there's no 
insert for the next collection time. Not sure if it's George V or VI, probably 
V based on the font. Not earlier because the Post Office was started under 
Victoria. There are plenty of her post boxes still in use. I'd guess that one 
is listed or subject to some other sort of preservation order.
