* = hi-tech (AW construction, SDM, AL, IF, ED, etc.), fast and bulky.
DA Ltd = old-fashioned style: not so fast, small and metal barrel (on the
outside). Old style even about their image properties, and that requires
lesser use of fancy glasses and advanced optical design features.

(and then there are the FA Limited ones, small but fast aperture, and that's
the reason I like them much better than the DA Ltd)
