I went to a dance workshop in San Francisco this weekend. I was not one of the “staff” photographers, which meant that I could pretty much take photos when I wanted but wasn’t compelled to. As always, the lighting was challenging, the lights for the dance floors were very dim, the lights for the stage were heavily gelled, and almost all in just red and green.
I did get a few keepers though.
