The alleyway is in a nearby small town located in an adjacent county which lays 
at the other end of a bridge that spans the Feather River.
The pictured is a testimonial to the paint. The unkemptness in this section is 
pretty much limited to the weedy curb.
I have no clue as to how rip roaring this place was. This entire area was "OFF 
LIMITS" to the residents of nearby Beale 
Air Force Base back when it was a major departure location starting with WW2.
