The "Witches of Eastwick" was set in a fictionalized version of the
Village of Wickford. Before getting to Newport I spent about an hour
there and came away with a few photos. For a while after the book and
subsequent "Obligatory God Awful"(tm) movie was released Wickford was
over run with New Age and Witch related retailers. That tide seems to be
receding reviling the New England Kitsch hiding underneath.
So here's a mini GESO (very mini).
