You have expanded upon what I was trying to say most eloquently, Boris. 

Finger-pointing is not what I intended; quite the opposite.

I believe that most civilians on both sides of this divide only want peace, 
safety and security. Of course you, living in the midst of the tumult, have a 
unique first-hand perspective on what's happening. 

Of course being a friend, my personal concern is the safety of you and yours.
