ann, our high temp forecast for today is either 108 or 109, depending upon whom you chose to believe. Gosh, I sure hope the 108 is right. whew!! hehe! I've had a number of impromptu unguided shooting experiences wherein shooters would concentrate at the site's prime locations. Partially Ansel's fault. Yosemite and Grand Teton Ntl Pk, for example. There are several places in each area that you'd best get to early and squat on your spot. Never have I been shut out or had a kerfuffle with another photographer. Well, there was this one time....oh, never mind.

The shot was "one" of the reasons... but figuratively it coveres the whole terrain. But basically I just don't like doing stuff in groups... and I especially don't like paying to do things in groups that I can do just as well alone. One other person is nice sometimes, but a gaggle is too many. It is annoyingly hot and humid here today - I'm grumpy ann On 7/14/2014 16:25, Ken Waller wrote: >> One of the reasons I don't like photo "workshops" . > > I gotta respond to this as I've attended many workshops and tours and > find most participants I've shot with don't exhibit this behavior.
