"outstanding": They like the dancing girls and fine wine that
the company sends to the staff picnics.
"very good": Second rate dancing girls, beer instead of wine
sent to the staff picnics.
"poor": The company doesn't donate dancing girls, beer or wine
to the staff picnics.
