Nick, I just bopped over to the B&H website and searched for MZ-SD. I got eleven different accessories that are listed as "for MZ-S and MZ-SD." Hmmmmm. One explanation is that the MZ-SD is the MZ-S with the date function. When I look at the MZ-S listing, however, it reads, "MZ-S 35mm SLR Autofocus Camera Body with Date."
