Well, the 67 is better when you need or want a bigger negative, or when you require different finders/prisms. The 645 is better when you need AE (though the 67II now does aperture priority), a motor drive, a lighter and smaller body, and quicker reloading (pre-loadable inserts). If you need AF, you need the 645n or 645nII.
