Time Warner Roadrunner is acting up this -morning- afternoon, so I
thought I'd join the parade.
I had trouble retrieving email & the WWW is completely down.
I'm in the "wait ten minutes and call us back" phase of "we reauthorized
your modem; reboot your router and if that doesn't fix the problem, wait
10 minutes & call us back and we'll let you talk to the next available
representative."
