Lovely scene, Bob, very well captured! Where is Mission Beach? Up towards La Jolla?
San Diego is one of my favorite US cities, although I haven't been there for a while. It may be the only spot in the country with weather to match that of Maui! We are planning to spend a couple of days in the SD area in May, on our way to Japan. We plan to visit my nephew and his family up in Rancho Bernardo and my wife's Aunt in Coronado. I would also like to see MCAS Miramar while we are out there, but base visits are difficult these days. Happy New Year to you and yours!
