I have Mark; this is cross referenced a good deal with similar questions
being asked. This is a good article. It's fair to say the actual case would
have been entirely different if the collection bought was from that of a
lifelong amateur and had limited cash value. So is this about the fact that
someone bought a collection which turns out to be of high value, and a long
lost relative decides he wants to stake his claim - or is it about
copyright?
