Glad you enjoyed the photo and the memories, Igor. I often struggle to take photos of landmarks. Nowadays I like to avoid the obvious postcard shots and either take interesting details or show an unusual view, or see how it fits into its surrounding environment. Having said that, I took one photo of the opera house on that trip, and it's fairly postcard-like :)
I know how you feel about the bridge tour. AFAIK you're not allowed to carry anything that could fall. I think you have to put on a boiler suit as well. It'd be a neat experience but the price puts me off too :) I did get to run across the bridge though. I'd considered doing the Sydney Marathon (well, the half) because they run across the bridge, but chose Melbourne instead as I hadn't been there before. Between the decision and the trip I found out there's a path on the bridge and you can run across any time you like. BTW I didn't actually notice the people until I put the photo online. Until then it was just a photo of a bridge!
