Bill, I used three different lighting setups during the shoot. The
first was a 7 foot "extreme silver parabolic" umbrella (Paul C Buff).
Second is a 13"x56" strip softbox (el cheapo Cowboy Studios thing).
Third was sunlight through studio-wide white sheers.

My backdrops varied from a white painted studio wall, to white or
black v-flats. I also used the v-flats to bounce and in some cases
flag the light.

The shot I posted here, "Tatters #2", and also "Dorrie in tatters"
(Tumblr) were with filtered sunlight.

The black and white nude portrait of Dorrie on Tumblr is with the 7'
umbrella (see the catchlight).

All the rest are lit with the striplight.

In all cases these were done using a single light source. I wanted to
make the lighting really simple to keep the amount of fussing down.
Easy to setup, move about and meter. It was more important for me to
give all my attention to the model. Although she's an experienced life
model (seven years), this was her first photoshoot and I had to make
her as comfortable as possible.
