In Australia, a donga is a temporary accommodation unit. Usually comprises two or more bedrooms, a toilet and shower facility, and often a galley. The whole thing is about as big as a large shipping container, and they are extensively used to house temporary workforces when developing greenfield sites in the remoter parts of the country.
