Here is... (drum roll)... the main Roman bath. The original plumbing feeds and drains it, and the original (lead) lining has never leaked.
The Romans built a huge roof (long gone) over the whole complex. Without it, algae grows in the water (which is about 100F/38C) and gives it a lurid green color.
