The cherry festival must be a big deal to get F16s.

Its one of the biggest festivals in Michigan. The western side of the northern part of the lower peninsula of Michigan is one of the largest producers of cherrys.
The US Navy's Blue Angels (FA 18's) fly at the event most of the time.
