Hi Ken, I`ve never seen a 1.4 or 1.5x TC in M42, I just don't think there are any, I would love to be proved wrong though. In 2x TC there are an abundance of them, but good 7 element ones are a little trickier to find. I found a Soligor "C/D 7 AUTO TELE CONVERTER 2X TO FIT PENTAX" (that`s what it says on it), that doesn`t degrade the image too bad.
