Quite stunning, Paul. Every detail imaginable is visible, even the water off it's back. Any doubts about the 150-450 are convincingly dispelled.

Still overcast here and darn cold today as well, but i finished my work and went out for a bit with the DFA 250-450 and a tripod. Shot some waterfowl on a local lake. This pic is about 80% of frame at f5.6, 1/200th, ISO 800, 450 mm:
