You may want to contact Holland Photo ( http://www.hollandphoto.com/ ) here in Austin, 
TX.  I use them for my Portrait/Wedding photos (negative prints), but they are known 
for their Ilfochrome (formerly known as Cibachrome) prints.  They do very good work, 
but charge accordingly ($$$).
