Thanks, Rick, for your generous comments. I plan to show more of this particular sculpture, as well as the artist in work on this piece, and perhaps some of his other work. This is a local artist who has works in many of the resorts and museums of Hawaii, and in the homes of collectors on the mainland. He has even had two paid commissions from the Vatican! I met the artist while on the beach for sunset photos. That is also where I encountered the "Perched" dude.
