I think I have it set correctly for conversion, and I also set it to
generate an error message if someone tries to post something that's not
explicitly accepted, so instead of just wondering what happened to your
email and then having me tell you to try plain text, you should get the
bounce.
That said, I don't anticipate many error messages if I have it set the
way we want it.

It's made perfectly clear on joining that the list is plain text only. If
someone has something to say that is important enough, they will find a way of

Did you even read what I wrote? Keeping the list plain text is fine.
Dropping email without alerting the user to a problem is not. I'm glad
that Mark & Doug recognize this.
